Okay so I'm 15 y/o woman and previous year I joined a women only gym, but it closed in July so I switched to a combined gymnasium. But now I detest likely to the fitness center because it hurts and I miss my previous gymnasium (it was friendly and all girls so I felt welcomed and safe, my new health club is unfriendly).

Okay so anyhow, I am finishing my membership and I require new physical exercise concepts incase I do not sign up for this other gymnasium.

I was contemplating of acquiring the turbo jam dvds. Has anybody attempted them.

I want an physical exercise that does not involve machines or strolling exterior (I are living in Ireland at it rains ALOT!!)

Is it possible to lose 67lbs this way by Late August early September?

I am 19, turning 20 in March, weigh 197lbs and am 5ft 5in. My aim weight is 130lbs. I just acquired a gymnasium membership and some home weight training instruments like a 10lb medication ball and (2) 10lb barbells. I want to get a slender lean entire body type. I am also in the procedure of turning into a vegetarian( as I use to be one particular as a youngster and ill of consuming meat) and cooking my meals at property. I was contemplating if I go to the gymnasium 4x a week doing a combo of cardio and some team workouts lessons at my gym like "turbo kick boxing" and then some about 4x a week and using in one,850 calories and reducing as I eliminate excess weight. Will I eliminate excess weight this way?

I will only be consuming drinking water & milk.

Also i want to get to 130lbs by late August- early September is that feasible?
Also am I using in to many calories in purchase to eliminate excess weight
